1、XITONG’s service starts before sales action, we provide potential customer with detailed technical material, academic reports and technical intercommunications, etc.
2、Detailed installation preparation requirements and respective drawings will be faxed to the customer before installation so that all preparation will be ready prior to the arrival of field service engineer.　
3、XI TONG or its authorized distributors will provide of service at no charge, during which all work - including installation, calibration, and training will be carried out by a qualified service engineer.　The training procedure will be so thorough, that the operators will understand the whole operation procedure and necessary daily maintenance knowledge very well.
4、XI TONG or its authorized distributors provide a warranty period for all the equipment that is sold, which is 12 months from the date of installation or 13 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.　Within the warranty period, service at no charge will be provided if the problem is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, modifications, unsuitable operating environment, unauthorized maintenance, acts of God, or damage caused by a product for which XI TONG cannot be held responsible.
5、XI TONG and its authorized distributors will continuously provide technical support via phone/fax/email at no charge.　We will continuously provide repair, field service, and spare parts at a reasonable charge.
6、XI TONG and its authorized distributors will consider customer’s urgency as their own urgency.　An initial response will be made within 4 hours of receipt of phone or fax requests.　This priority step is to provide fixes via email/fax/phone; however, the field service support will arrive at the customer site within 48 hours if it becomes necessary.　
7、XI TONG will provide routine inspection or maintenance per agreement terms.
8、XI TONG has spares stocked in TianJin/Shanghai/Guangzhou.　Parts can be accessed from all stocks and can be dispatched to the buyers within the shortest delivery time possible.
